HoppaSIM Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) made between you (the “User“) and HoppaSIM Limited, a private limited company incorporated and registered in Ireland with company registration number 745325 and having its registered office at 6th Floor, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, D02 A342, Ireland (“HoppaSIM“, “we” or “us“), concerning your purchase of an international data plan (“Data Plan“) relating to a prepaid eSIM (an “eSIM“) for use on your personal device (“Device“), from HoppaSIM (the “Service“).
1.2. Future agreements may be subject to supplemental terms and conditions or documents posted on our website or application (the “Application“).
1.3. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
2. Registration
2.1. The User may register to purchase an eSIM through our Application. The User must accept the Terms of Use to register and purchase an eSIM. HoppaSIM’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are displayed on the Application when registering.
3. Purchase of an eSIM and Activation
3.1. Purchasing an eSIM through the Application constitutes an agreement to pay all applicable charges for the selected Data Plan.
3.2. You are responsible for the eSIM once delivered. Loss or damage to your Device before full payment does not exempt payment.
3.3. eSIM purchases from third parties are governed by agreements with those third parties, not HoppaSIM.
3.4. HoppaSIM offers Data Plans for specific countries and may restrict availability in some jurisdictions.
3.5. You acknowledge having an unlocked, eSIM-compatible Device to access the service.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. This Agreement begins upon purchase. Downloaded eSIMs remain on your Device after the Data Plan expires, though we recommend waiting until credit is consumed.
4.2. The term lasts until Data Plan expiration or credit depletion.
4.3. Agreement terminates immediately upon:
- Consumption or expiry of the Data Plan;
- Suspension by HoppaSIM for breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
4.4. Post-expiry, the eSIM is provided “as is” without warranty until a new eSIM is purchased.
5. Warranty
5.1. These Terms supplement statutory consumer rights.
5.2. HoppaSIM provides no additional warranties for eSIMs or services, except as required by law.
5.3. HoppaSIM may discontinue any eSIM or service at its discretion.
6. Service Availability
6.1. HoppaSIM will take reasonable steps to maintain service availability.
6.2. Service providers and network availability vary by jurisdiction.
6.3. “Unlimited” Data Plans may be subject to fair use policies of network providers.
6.4. Network quality and availability are not guaranteed, including during maintenance, in uncovered areas, or due to external factors.
7. User Obligations
- Use the eSIM legally and in compliance with these Terms.
- Do not engage in fraud, illegal activity, or breach intellectual property rights.
- Do not exploit promotions or referrals unfairly.
- HolpaSIM may suspend services or remove accounts for breaches.
8. Payment Terms
8.1. Payments processed by authorized agents. All eSIMs are prepaid.
8.2. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
8.3. Indirect taxes are based on provided postcode.
8.4. Users can save and manage payment methods for future purchases.
9. Legal Right of Withdrawal
9.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless the eSIM is activated or Data Plan consumed.
9.2. Notify HoppaSIM unequivocally via contact details in section 18.
10. Refund and Returns Policy
10.1. Complaints regarding Service conformity will be reviewed for refunds.
10.2. Full refund conditions include purchase from HoppaSIM, non-activation, and purchase within 6 months.
10.3. Partial refunds may be issued for network issues or partial activation.
10.4. Refunds available if eSIM is downloaded onto incompatible or locked Device.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. eSIM, Content, and Marks are proprietary and protected.
11.2. No part may be reproduced, uploaded, or exploited commercially without written permission.
12. Data Protection
12.1. HoppaSIM will process Personal Data to provide the Service and prevent unauthorized use.

13. Indemnity
13.1. Users agree to indemnify HoppaSIM against losses from breaches or improper use of the Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Liability is limited to the greater of €100 or charges paid in the previous 12 months. This does not affect liability for fraud or matters that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing Law and Legal Compliance
15.1. Terms governed by Irish law. Courts of Dublin have exclusive jurisdiction.
15.2. Other mandatory laws may apply to your use.
15.3. Services not intended for jurisdictions where use is prohibited.
16. Variation of these Terms and Conditions
16.1. HoppaSIM may update Terms, with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. General
17.1. HoppaSIM may assign rights without User consent.
17.2. Illegal or unenforceable provisions are modified to be enforceable.
17.3. No waiver of rights is implied from delay or partial exercise.
17.4. English version prevails over translations.

Loyalty Program
HoppaSIM Travel Club rewards users through purchases, referrals, and engagement. Tiers: Silver (1–350 points), Gold (351–1000 points), Platinum (1001+ points). Cashback in HolaCoins: Silver 5%, Gold 6%, Platinum 7%.
Referrals: Earn HolaCoins or cash rewards. Referees get 5% discount. HolaCoins and Level Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Participation voluntary. HoppaSIM may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program. Liability limited to value of HolaCoins or rewards directly affected.
By using HoppaSIM services and participating in the Loyalty Program, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
