If your phone doesn’t recognise the QR code, try these steps:
- Clean your camera lens – fingerprints can block the scan
- Increase screen brightness on the device showing the QR code
- Hold the phone 15–20 cm away from the code
- Manually enter the code: below the QR code in your email/account there’s an alphanumeric code – go to Settings → Mobile → Add eSIM → Enter code manually
If nothing works, request a new QR code from My Account → Orders.
